Claw Clips

Using a claw clip has never been easier and there are so many ways to style it! The girls with extensions or really thick hair know you need a massive claw clip to get all of your hair up and it can be really heavy on your head. So now that I have extensions my favorite way to style a claw clip is half up half down. When I wear my hair half up half down in a claw clip there are two ways I’ll do it. They’re both effortless, yet intentional! Claw clip styles work for all lengths!

Power Ponytail

It’s still so hot outside and a lot of us hate when our hair is down during the summer and a good power ponytail is the best way to get our hair out of your face and off your neck. Plus, ponytails will never go out of style! I think a lot of people over analyze hairstyles like this, myself included. But it’s supposed to be messy with lots of volume! This hairstyle is suited best for medium-long hair! If you have short hair you’ll just have to do a low pony!

Messy Bun

90’s hairstyles are back baby!!! The iconic messy bun inspired by Pamela Anderson will forever be a staple for me! It’s a little more time consuming and you will need a lot of bobby pins but it is so fun. This bun would be so cute for a date night or girls night out.

Slick Back Pony/Bun

A classic slick back will never go out of style, they’re chic, timeless and easy to do. My favorite product for a clean slick back is Color Wow Pop and Lock! It tames fly aways, and gets your hair laying perfectly. A bore bristle brush will also get your hair nice and smooth. You can style a slick back in a bun, a ponytail, a braid(s), or bubble braids, the options are endless!
