When you're coming for a curly appointment you want to come with your hair styled curly so we can properly estimate the product choices and what type of cut would be best. Each curl is different and we treat it as such. We do multiple techniques all taught by KC to her amazing team, like circle cutting, curl by curl, flex cutting and much more. Our curly masters can definitely help you! Please fill out the client curly form when booking a new curly cut!
Your hair DRY and styled curly like you normally would. Style or refresh just like any day.
Don't come with your hair in a pony tail, bun, twists, straightened, or teased.
If your hair tangles easily, please come to your appointment with your hair detangled with day 1 hair with no product. We love the product, Innersense, Sweet Spirit Leave In for detangling reasons. We do charge hourly so if your hair is excessively tangled it takes twice as long to work with.
If we're doing a curly color please come with your hair styled curly and detangled as we normally color hair curl by curl, or other curly techiques for the best dimension.
All of our Colors are hourly with the exception of base touch-ups. We do not charge for extra hair, as we only charge for our time and expertise. Our hourly prices includes the best products on the market and knowing what your locks needs.
Please remember specialty colors sometimes can take multiple sessions, always feel free to book a consult.
All vivid and rainbow colors must fill out a form and do a virtual consult prior to appoint.
We require a valid card at booking to secure your reservation and will charge your card for 100% of the scheduled service(s) in the event you no-show your appointment or fail to cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance (for color and extension services) or 24 hours in advance (for all other services). Guests who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointments are considered no-show and will be charged 100% for a missed appointment. Cancellation or changes must be made through the salon by calling our front desk and either speaking to an associate or leaving a message.
