Hey Babes, I'm Kylie! I'm the proud owner of Moxie by KC, Kansas City's premiere salon for curls and texture, gorgeous color, and hand-tied extensions. With more than a decade behind the chair specializing in curly hair (and nearly as much time professionally educating stylists on it), I've had a lot of experience transforming hair and helping clients learn to love their locks. It's why I built Moxie! Now, it's a place where our clients come to be loved and pampered, and where our stylists learn to be their best and lead with empathy.
While I have an obvious soft spot for curls, don't worry: I love lived-in color on any texture of hair, and if you need extensions for length or volume, I've gotcha! Come hang out, have a drink, and let me make your hair dreams come true!

I'm Kaylee, nice to meet you! I'm new to the business and eagerly learning everything I can! I love doing blondes and extensions, and I'm just about done with my months-long curly training. I assisted Kylie behind the chair throughout 2024, giving me plenty of tips, tricks, and techniques for everything under the sun - and I couldn't be more excited to get my hands in your hair!

Hi Babes, my name is Tarin, and I'll be starting at Moxie by KC on January 14, 2025! I may be the newest member of the Moxie family, but I'm definitely not a newbie to the industry: I've spent years behind the chair in both a corporate salon (where I met Kylie) and as a self-employed artist. In fact, you may have seen my work at Arrowhead Stadium with the Chiefs Cheerleaders or streaming on Peacock on a certain reality show ;)
I've taken every chance to hone my skills and collect knowledge, including taking several of Kylie's classes, which helped me develop as a curly stylist in my own right. However, I've always been Moxie-adjacent anyway, and adore the salon and team, so I decided to officially join up and help you babes get your Moxie!
