Cancellation Policy: We require a valid card at booking to secure your reservation and will charge your card for 100% of the scheduled service(s) in the event you no-show your appointment or fail to cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance (for color and extension services) or 24 hours in advance (for all other services). Guests who are more than 15 minutes late for their appointments are considered no-show and will be charged 100% for a missed appointment.
